What happens during processing?

During this time we:

  • Prepare your order
  • Quality check each item
  • Arrange for dispatch

 

Production takes time

Please allow up to 8-10 working days for your order to be processed. This will vary based on UK public holidays. 

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Delivery will vary based on your location.

Please note processing time is subject to change and Kureé The Brand reserves the rights to extend processing time due to demand

Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched from 8-10 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
Please note: order processing time is excluded from delivery estimates. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

During new launches, restocks, or sale periods, dispatch may take up to 10 additional working days.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged in Kuree the Brand’s signature packaging and securely sealed to ensure safe delivery.

All shipments include end-to-end tracking. Delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@kureethebrand.com.

  • United Kingdom: £7
  • European Union: £30
  • United States: £30

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Duties, Taxes & VAT

United Kingdom

UK orders are shipped domestically and are not subject to customs charges.

European Union (Post-Brexit)

All EU orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes:

  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Where available, charges are displayed before checkoutand included in the final shipping cost
  • Charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and may vary

United States

US orders shipped from our US warehouse are not subject to import duties, but customers remain responsible for local or state taxes under US law.

International (Excluding UK & USA)

All other international orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) where available.

  • Import duties and taxes are calculated and displayed before checkout where possible
  • Customers remain responsible for any additional charges imposed by local authorities

All international orders are sold exclusive of UK VAT.

Refused Deliveries

Please do not refuse delivery due to customs fees or taxes.

If a delivery is refused:

  • The parcel will be returned to us
  • The return shipping fee charged by the carrier (DPD, UPS, DHL, or FedEx) will be deducted from your refund
  • If the parcel is disposed of by the carrier due to lack of response, the order will not be eligible for a refund

Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase. If not, you may request a return or exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order via the Returns Portal. Complete the form, quoting your order number
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund
  • Items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging
  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, customs duties, and return fees

Faults & Defects

All products undergo quality checks before dispatch.
If your item is faulty or defective, contact hello@kureethebrand.com immediately. Returned items will be inspected; if they do not meet return requirements, they will be returned to the customer.

Legal Context & UK Business Rights

This policy reflects UK consumer and e-commerce legislation as applicable and understood as of 15 December 2025. Relevant guidance:

Consumers have statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed products; this policy does not affect those rights.
For refused deliveries or returns due to change of mind/customs fees, return shipping fees are retained to cover carrier costs, in line with UK e-commerce regulations for small businesses.

Refund policy

If in the event that you would like to return your items, Kureé has a 28-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days to notify us of a return and another 14 days to actually send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at hello@shopkuree.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@shopkuree.com.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is recieved, checked and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
